Overview

We are looking for conscientious, experienced Customer Care Representatives to join our team based in Burton on Trent for a one year fixed term contract.  You will be responsible for supporting our sales representatives and customers within specific areas of the UK, building trusted relationships, placing orders, dealing with enquiries, and resolving issues that may arise.  If you thrive in delivering excellent customer service and going the extra mile then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process customer calls and email enquiries, from start to finish in a positive, efficient & professional manner.
  • Build professional relationships to determine customer’s needs, expectations, limitations, and requirements for the purpose of providing customer satisfaction, customer loyalty and customer growth.
  • Proactively contact customers with order resolution, current shipping information and corrective action on late or problematic orders.
  • Educate customers about features and benefits of our products to improve brand loyalty and up-sell opportunities.
  • Act as liaison on behalf of the customer and Werner to resolve problems both internally and externally.
  • Participate in special projects and/or provide support to project teams regarding improvements or changes to existing processes or systems.
  • Manage time effectively to support and meet the goals of the business.
  • Actively participate in all necessary training development programs.
  • Communicate and work with the entire team to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.
  • Identify and accurately evaluates both operating & customer requirements to get to the root of the problem.
  • Administration duties
  • Understand and adhere to corporate policies & procedures.
  • Comprehend and follow Quality Management System

Always present a professional image to customers, stakeholders, and other departments

Qualifications

Required:

 

  • Previous experience working in a customer service or an administrative role
  • Skills and knowledge of multiple software and business data systems
  • Demonstrable knowledge of customer service principles and best practice

Desired: 

  • Experiance of working within a manufacturing or production environment would be advantageous to this role.
